Andy Alloway


Andy Alloway is the owner and President/CEO of Nebraska Realty. He began his career in the real estate industry in 2001 with DEEB & Associates Real Estate which is now Nebraska Realty. By 2004 Andy became the company’s general manager, and later purchased the company in 2009.

Andy serves on the Board of Directors for the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®, and the Nebraska REALTORS® Association. He is a past President of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®, and past Chairman of the Great Plains REALTORS® MLS. Andy was appointed by the Governor to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission in 2013 where he is currently serving as a commissioner. He also serves as a National Association of REALTORS® Federal Political Coordinator to Congressman Don Bacon.

Over his career Andy has helped lead Nebraska Realty’s growth from a small 20-agent company to the largest independent brokerage in Nebraska with over 550 REALTORS® and offices in Omaha, Papillion, Midtown, Lincoln, and Council Bluffs. Andy was recognized as the Midland’s Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Business Person of the Year for 2015, and the REALTOR® of the Year in 2018 by the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®.

His volunteer activities include Chariots4Hope, the Open Door Mission, the Hope Center for Kids, the Ronald McDonald House and he is a youth coach for baseball, football and basketball. Andy enjoys spending time with his two children, reading and traveling.
