Rick Fox was a proud member of the Omaha restaurant community for more than 40 years. From his first job as a busboy in a fine dining restaurant at age 15 to the owner/operator of Julio's Restaurants for almost 38 years, Fox was known and respected for fostering positive associations with other restaurateurs and purveyors. He prioritized and took great pride in building lasting relationships with his employees and customers. He was an expert at customer service. Co-workers and regular customers truly became like family to Fox.
Although his personality naturally led him to it, he was always focused on the "people-side" of the business. Fox was a "hands on" restaurant owner -- involved in all aspects of the industry. In addition to being a smart, straightforward businessman, he gave Julio's warmth and personality.
