Leeder Photography Scholarship

“Photography has taken me to some very special places and given me great opportunities.”

Wanting to extend those opportunities to others, Leeder established an endowed scholarship in 2014 for MCC photography students, a scholarship that will support the next creative photographer.

“I really wanted to give back to MCC and wanted to wait until I was older, but one day I just figured, why not now?” Leeder said. “I want to see MCC photography continue to be successful and give students a place to learn. Photography equipment costs can be high, and giving somebody else the modern, state-of-the-art equipment necessary to follow a dream is something I have felt was my duty.”

Scholarships are usually offered during the spring and fall quarters. Scholarship availability varies depending on donor giving.
