The MCC Friends and Alumni Network invites you to a fine dining experience under the stars. Join us for an exclusive evening with Tim Nicholson, Executive Chef of the Old Market's Boiler Room. Nicholson is a four-time James Beard Nominee, most recently in 2024 as a finalist for the Best Chef: Midwest category. He is the 2019 MCC Distinguished Alumnus.
Tim Nicholson is the Executive Chef at Boiler Room Restaurant in Omaha's Old Market, known for its seasonal farm-to-table menu. A four-time James Beard Nominee, he's a 2024 James Beard Finalist for the Best Chef Midwest. Tim graduated from the Institute for the Culinary Arts at Metropolitan Community College, and has received the Sage Medallion and the MCC Distinguished Alumni award.

Five-course meal seating: 6 PM
Cost: $300 per person (includes food and drink pairing)
