How you feel matters!

MCC is supporting students' well-being inside and outside of the classroom.

There are eight dimensions of well-being: social, physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, financial, occupational and environmental.

Student Wellness is a campus-wide initiative to support students in all areas of well-being through events, trainings, keynote speakers, virtual learnings and much more!

November Programs:

  • 9th: Hula Hoop Contest: (EVC) Commons Area (11-1:30PM)
  • 10th: Dog Therapy, Stress Relief: (SOC) Connector Commons (4-6:30PM)
  • 14th: Happy & Healthy Resource Table: (EVC) Commons Area (12-4PM) Information on sleep/time management 
  • 15th: Dog Therapy, Stress Relief: (FOC) Building 23_ East Lounge (9:30-12:30PM) 
  • 15th: Happy & Healthy Resource Table: (FOC) Building 23_ By Staircase (11-3PM) Information on sleep/time management
  • 16th: Guided Meditation Class: (FOC) Building 23_ Room 240 (10AM) 
  • 17th: Healthy Eating Tips Table Event: (SOC) Connector Commons (1-5PM)
