How you feel matters!

MCC is supporting students' well-being inside and outside of the classroom.

There are eight dimensions of well-being: social, physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, financial, occupational and environmental.

Student Wellness is a campus-wide initiative to support students in all areas of well-being through events, trainings, keynote speakers, virtual learnings and much more!

October Programs:

  • ​5th: Wellness Walk & Talk (SOC)- Meet outside the connector building. (2pm and 4pm)
  • 11th: Outside Workout Class with Jeff C. (FOC) NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED - Outside lawn of building 23 (12pm and 12:45pm)
  • 12th: Wellness Walk & Talk (EVC)- Meet outside the main entrance doors (11am and 1pm)
  • 24th: Mindful Monday Introduction with Katie Hupp (Zoom event) -12pm ZOOM ID: 949 6583 8920
  • 26th: Adult Duck, Duck, Goose event (EVC)- Back lawn of building (11:30-2:30pm) Join for the whole time or for a short lap!
** If it is too cold or snowy, this event will be canceled **
