Important Information
- Transcripts for GED or non-credit courses must be requested through the GED Office or Continuing Education Department.
- Transcripts are provided free of charge.
- Unofficial transcripts may be printed at any campus Student Services Office with a photo ID.
- Requests that are faxed, mailed, or hand-carried require a student's original signature. Requests by phone or email are not accepted.
- Please allow 5-7 working days for processing a transcript order; allow additional time during peak periods, i.e., end of a term, graduation.
- Metropolitan Community College does not fax transcripts to other institutions, students or businesses.
- All account holds need to be resolved in order to release a transcript. The Records Office cannot release holds placed by other departments due to financial obligations to the College. Please contact the appropriate department if you have a hold.
Requesting a TRANSCRIPT
Transcript requests must include:
- Full name and former name(s) used while attending MCC.
- Student identification number (optional) or Social Security number.
- Current address.
- Daytime phone number.
- Complete mailing address of where your transcript is to be sent.
A transcript request may be submitted online through WebAdvisor by clicking on the "Transcript Request" link found under the Academic Profile section on the Student page at the following link: http://webadvisor.mccneb.edu. Students will need to login with their username and password.
A transcript request form is also available at the following link:

- Faxing a completed request form to 402-457-2244
- Mailing a completed request form to:

- Submitting a completed request form to any MCC Student Services Office (they will then forward the request to Records)
Note: A student who is no longer enrolled at MCC still has access to WebAdvisor; however, he/she MUST maintain the password requirements (changing it periodically). If you need assistance with your user name or password, contact the Help Desk at 402-457-2900.
