Metropolitan Community College´s Institute for the Culinary Arts will stand as one of the leading and most affordable culinary education programs in the United States. More than 1,000 students per year will be educated as managers, chefs, Culinologists™, bakers and culinarians, and the continuing education needs of the greater Omaha restaurant industry will be met locally.
Positioned at the new entrance to the Fort Omaha Campus, the Institute for the Culinary Arts and
the Merle and Joy Swanson Conference Center
will serve as a central gathering place and beacon to the community.
