The course presents policies and procedures to comply with the changing regulations among various payment systems for healthcare services such as Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care. It covers analysis of payment methodologies and systems such as capitation, prospective payment systems, DRGs, and RBRVS. The course includes hands-on virtual lab exercises.
