Option Requirements for General Information Technology - 36.0 Credit Hours
Students are required to meet with designated faculty to plan the remainder of the course of study. Students build their degree
from any of the Information Technology degree options, Computer Technology Transfer degrees, Microcomputer Technology
Certificate options, Security Specialist Diploma, or the Electronics Technology Degree. Students must take 13.5 credit hours of
advanced coursework plus a capstone course.

Students who complete an Associate in Applied Science in Information Technology at MCC have completed the major requirements for Bellevue University. Students need to take at least 30.0 semester hours at Bellevue and can take additional coursework at MCC toward their Bellevue University degree.
