Chicken sandwich

Servings: 1 serving per chicken breast
2 slices of bread of your choice
1 chicken breast
1 Tbsp. curry aioli
½ oz. pickled red onion
1 oz. arugula

 

Spread the curry aioli on one side of each slice of bread. Place the chicken breast on top of one slice and top with pickled red onion adn arugula. Top with second slice of bread.
