8 oz. chocolate of your choice
1 c. unsalted butter
½ c. sugar
4 tsp. all-purpose flour
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler on the stove top. Add eggs one at a
time while stirring. Add sugar and whisk until it forms a homogenous mass.
Mix in the flour and pour into well-oiled molds. Bake at 400° F for 7ndash;8
minutes. (The time in the over will vary on the size and thickness of your mold.) Keep
checking the sides and center for doneness. The sides should be set, but the center
should remain runny.
