Grilled Shrimp Sandwich

(ketchup, chili sauce, mayo, soy)

Peppers, green onion, arugula

1 oz. unsalted butter
2 fl. oz. vegetable-oil
Spanish Paprika powder
1 tsp grated horsradish
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1-2 tbsp ketchup
3 tsp sweet chili sauce (add to your own liking really)
1/4 red bell pepper
3 green onions

Heat a sauté pan on medium heat with the oil and butter, add shrimp and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

While the shrimp is cooking, start mixing the mayo, ketchup, horseradish, sweet-chili and season with lemon-juice.

Dice the peppers and green onions and add to the mixture, once the shrimp is cooked, 4-5 minutes, dice and add to the mayo mixture, season with salt and pepper and adjust sweet chili seasoning.

Place the mixture onto a toasted bun, place a mound of arugula on top and finish with a squirt of lemon-juice.
