Lamb rub

mortar and pestle 2 Tbsp. confit garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 sprig rosemary
1 Tbsp. pine nuts
Extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Mix garlic, parsley, rosemary, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper together for rub. Mash with mortar and pestle. Set aside.
