Pickled radish

Servings: 1 (with pickling liquid remaining for additional)
1 c. apple cider vinegar
½ c. apple cider
2 oz. sugar
1 bay leaf
4 black peppercorns
3 coriander seeds
salt to taste
2–3 radishes, thinly sliced

 

Mix first seven ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over radishes and let stand for awhile.
