Roasted plums

2 plums
1 tsp. vegetable oil
salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Cut the plums into quarters and remove the pit.

Gently toss the plums in oil and a small pinch of salt and pepper.

Place the plums into a flat oven-proof container. (Make sure there is one flat layer with space in between each piece.) Place into the preheated oven and roast for 10–15 minutes depending on the plums. Usually when the skin easily peels off they are done.
