Designed to provide the educaion background for a mid-level supervisor in a variety of food and beverage establishments. This option is designed to transfer to UNL.
Lodging, Convention and Meeting Planning Transfer - Hospitality Management Associate in Applied Science - CHALAO
Provides the background to prepare for an event-planning career within the hospitality industry and is designed to transfer to UNL.
Small Business Practices in Hospitality - Hospitality Mangement Associate in Applied Science - CHBAO
This option provides the educational and entrepreneurial background for students wanting to own their own business in the hospitality industry.
