How to Promote Volunteer Opportunities

If you are an organization or a company in need of volunteers, please send your requests to the email address unoserve@unomaha.edu. UNO will work with you to ensure that they have all of the information they need in order to share your opportuntity with both UNO and MCC students. We hope that by collaborating with UNO in this effort, we can simplify the processes for organizations to promote volunteer opportunities while expanding their reach for potential volunteers.

Outside Resource for Volunteer Opportunities

Omaha's Nonprofit Association of the Midlands offers the Community Compass

which provides information on all exempt organizations to assist individuals wishing to volunteer, contribute, and/or collaborate with organizations and others dedicated to improving the quality of life in Nebraska and Western Iowa. This is a great outside resource to find places to volunteer all year round!
