Welcome to Metro's Online Catering.

  • The menu prices include linen, disposable service, and setup in the food service areas.
  • Centerpieces must be arranged by the customer.
  • Orders need to be placed one week in advance.
  • Minimum number of guests required is 12. If there are less than 12 people there will be a 10% surcharge added to your total.
  • Special dietary needs or requests are accepted.
  • Orders taken need to be consistent with student schedules, as most of our food comes from Production Cooking Classes.
  • Orders that are off Fort Omaha Campus, require transportation and are less than $150.00 will have an additional $100.00 delivery charge assessed to the total. Orders that are $150.00 or more will have a 10% delivery charge assessed to the total.
  • All rooms must be booked with FOC Student Services 2 weeks in advance. Please call (457-2700).
  • Prices listed are per person.
  • Please give 1 week notice for all catering work orders. For all work orders submitted with less than 1 week, there will a 10% surcharge added to your total.
  • For china and linen service, please add 25% to total invoice.
  • For dinner and weekend service (including Fridays during summer quarter only) please add 30% to total invoice.

BOXED LUNCHES 8.50 per person
Your choice of turkey, roast beef and /or ham with cheese, tomato and lettuce, cold salad, cookie, fruit and soda. Please specify your choices in the Additional Inofrmation section of the catering request form.

GOURMET SANDWICHES 9.00 per person
Your choice of freshly made gourmet sandwiches, served with two salads (pasta, potato or fresh fruit, your choice), potato chips, cookies, coffee, iced tea, iced water, and soda.
Chicken Club - Grilled chicken on ciabatta bread with swill cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise
French Dip - Thinly sliced roast beef served on a hoagie roll with hot au jus
Egg Salad on Croissant - Traditional egg salad with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper served on a flaky croissant. (White, wheat or marbled rye bread upon request)
Tuna Salad on Croissant - Traditional Tuna salad with mayonnaise, celery, eggs, salt and pepper served on a flaky croissant (white, wheat or marbled rye bread on request)
Chicken Salad on Croissant - Breast of chicken tossed with grapes, apples, celery, walnuts and mayonnaise wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Italian Sub - Ham, pepperoni and provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato served on a hoagie bun.
Portabella Panini - Grilled portabella mushroom with roasted red peppers and melted provolone cheese on a ciabatta bread.
Southwest Turkey Wrap - Sliced turkey with monterey jack cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Buffalo Chicken Wrap - Sliced chicken breast tossed with a spicy buffalo sauce, lettuce, swiss cheese, tomato and ranch dresing wrapped in a flour totrtilla.
Deli Wrap - Roast beef, turkey or ham, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Crispy Chicken Wrap - Breaded chicken tenders, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Chicken Caesar wrap - Grilled breast of chicken, crispy romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese tossed with Caesar dressing and wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Your choice of freshly made gourmet salads, served with bread, cookies, coffee, iced tea, iced water, and soda.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - Fresh romaine lettuce topped with grilled breast of chicken and tossed with croutons, parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.
Grilled Steak Salad - Mixed greens, tomato, cheddar cheese, red onions, bacon and steak with your choice of dressing.
Fruit Salad - Assortment of seasonal fruit.
Greek Salad - Mixed greens topped with red onion, tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese and greek dressing.
Chef Salad - Egg wedges, ham or turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomato with your choice of dressing.

SOUP - 9.00 per gallon (12 servings)
Your choice of delicious homemade soups served with crackers and bread. Please note that soup needs to be ordered at least 1 week in advance to accomodate production time.
