Spell Checking Forms

A form that requests your response in paragraph style can be Spell Checked, even if all or parts of the document are protected. The "Comments" area on the Performance Summary is an example of this.

• Go to Forms Bank
• Open up the form
• Do a "Save As" to your Desktop;
• Open the form on your Desktop;
• Click on "Tools" on the Tools Bar
• Unprotect Document
• Complete Form
• Run Spell Check

Always go to the Forms Bank to get the most recent version of the form. Don't continue to use the form you saved to your Desktop.
