Instructions: Instructions: The Adjunct Faculty Dependent Tuition Discount form is completed by the adjunct faculty member to request tuition discount for their dependent who is attending credit classes at Metropolitan Community College. This tuition discount applies to the tuition and technology fee. The adjunct facultys dependent must register through Central Registration, complete this form, and forward it to the deans office for signature and approval. The deans office will send the approved/signed form to the Business Office for processing.
