Form Name: Syllabus Online/Hybrid Template

Instructions: To edit the syllabus template in ANGEL, download it (right click the link and choose "Save Target As") from the Forms Bank to your computer or other storage, then upload the file to the Syllabus area under Resources in your ANGEL course. To edit the template in a word processor such as Microsoft Word, download it from the Forms Bank to your computer or other storage, use "Open With" and choose Word, or open the word processor first and choose File, Open.
