About the MCC Foundation
Welcome to the MCC Foundation.
At the MCC Foundation . . . We believe that education has the power to change lives. Our work connects people to that power.
Our work
We connect people to causes that benefit the entire MCC community.
If you care deeply about a cause or community need, chances are, MCC is doing something about it. From our core mission of education, to workforce or environmental issues, to arts and culture, MCC is helping make our communities better.
We connect MCC students with scholarships provided by generous community donors.
Moving college from dream to reality – that’s the power of scholarships to our students.
Our mission
“The MCC Foundation advances the Metropolitan Community College mission by creating community awareness, building and nurturing meaningful relationships, and connecting community partners with giving opportunities that fulfill their philanthropic objectives.”
Our charter
The MCC Foundation was established in 1977 as a separate, not-for-profit, IRS approved 501(c)3 corporation with the express purpose of advancing the work of MCC.
