Step 1: The first step in the application process is to complete the on-line survey and application input form. Please answer each question to the best of your ability.
Step 2: It is important that you verify the information on your application form. Please see an academic advisor or counselor after you have printed your application(s) for review. A non-refundable $25.00 fee is required for each degree or certificate. There is no processing fee for a Specialist Diploma application. Only one survey is required to be filled out regardless of the number of degrees/certificates/diplomas you are receiving.
Note -- If you have ever received a student loan while attending Metropolitan Community College, you are required to contact the Central Financial Aid office, located at the Fort Omaha Campus, Building 30. To complete online counseling, go to http://www.mccneb.edu/fa/ and select "Loan Exit Counseling" and follow the on-line instructions. You may also call the Central Financial Aid Office at 402-457-2330 for additional information.
Confidentiality -- Information obtained from this survey will be used to complete state and federal reports and/or planning purposes within the College. All responses will remain confidential and will be reported in aggregate form only from the Office of Institutional Research.
