Regular full-time exempt and non exempt employees accrue annual leave with pay at the employee’s hourly rate and cannot exceed the hours accrued. An Absence and Leave Form must be completed by the employee and signed by the supervisor.
Exempt employees accrue annual leave at the following rates:
