The College provides Educational Assistance to exempt and non-exempt employees who have satisfactorily completed one (1) year of continuous service as a full-time or part-time regular employee wishing to enroll in post-secondary credit coursework outside of the College's offerings, if related to the employment position or potential position at the College. Eligible employees may request reimbursement of tuition for two courses per semester (or quarter) up to a maximum of 15 credit hours per year. Applications must be submitted to Human Resources and will be date stamped. Reimbursement is on a first-come, first-served basis, until fiscal year funds are exhausted. Reimbursement is payable up to 1/2 of the resident undergraduate tuition rate per credit hour at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
