How to Register Online for Faculty Development Sessions

  1. Log in to MCC MyWay
  2. Log in to My Services, then choose the Students menu

  3. Click on Express Registration at the top left of the screen

  4. On the Educational Goals screen, just click SUBMIT

  5. On the Express Registration screen, enter the SYNONYM # for each course you want to take, then click SUBMIT

  1. On the Register and Drop Sections screen that comes up next, click the arrow next to the empty box under Actions, and then choose RG-Register for each class that you want to register for.  Click SUBMIT, and you will see the courses you are registered for in the Registration Results box at the bottom of the page.

How to Register by Phone

To enroll by phone, call ext. 8518 from campus, or 402-457-5231 or 1-800-228-9553 from off-campus.  Give the operator the SYNONYM # of each course for which you want to register.

In the event that you will be unable to attend a workshop after registering, please disenroll via My Services or by calling ext. 8518. "No shows" are frustrating for the facilitator and participants since course activities are designed to be the most effective with the anticipated number of participants. "No shows" may also prohibit other employees from registering for the workshop.

Faculty Websites

All full time faculty already have a webpage. Adjuncts who need a website should call David Burget at 402-457-2865 before the workshop to get a website created.

Call Darlene Richardson at 402-457-2899 to:

  • Schedule a customized training session for your academic area or group
  • Make an appointment for one-on-one assistance and training

What is the Sandbox?

The Sandbox is your place to play with technology!  Remember as a child you would build sand castles and skyscrapers that would reach the heavens? The IDS Sandbox is your grown-up version where you can explore technology to create those dreams and make them reality!
