Nursing Retention

Selected students in Metro’s licensed practical nurse (LPN) and Associate in Science in Nursing (ASN/ADNR) programs have the opportunity to work in a learning community setting led by a Nursing Retention Specialist. This learning community allows students to come together to enhance their academic and life skills in order to become more successful in the classroom and on the job.
