I can't change/reset my password, my information doesn't match? What can I do?
To successfully change/reset your password without knowing your username and password, you must verify your identity. When you enter the verification information, your student ID number (or Social Security number), last name, birth date, street address, and ZIP Code, it must match the information in our College database.
If it doesn't, you must contact Central Registration (402-457-5231) or stop by Student Services to have this information corrected. Once you have updated your information, you should be able to successfully change your password.

My new password isn't accepted; what's wrong?
- You may need to wait 15 minutes for your new password to synchronize with our network.
- The new password did not match when you re-entered it or it doesn't meet the password requirements.
- Make sure you entered the new password exactly the same in the 'New Password' and Re-enter New Password' fields and try again.
- Make sure your new password follows the password requirements. If you are sure they do, but the new password still isn't accepted, try something simple like your initials and the year of your birth, or your dog's name and age. Just as long as it meets the password requirements.
