Project Bridge provides consultation, counseling and support to
internationally trained healthcare workers in the region. We assist
each participant in developing a career pathway plan that builds on
his/her skills, experience and education. In addition to consultation
and support in obtaining the appropriate professional credentials and
licenses for their profession, Project Bridge presents participants
with multiple opportunities to diversify their careers in the
healthcare field. These opportunities may include choosing a different
healthcare occupation offered through a community college or
university or focusing their skills and experience in the areas of
healthcare management, research, advocacy, teaching or policy.
