Welcome to the Records Office! We are responsible for a variety of processes including issuing transcripts, transcript evaluation, graduation application & ceremony, and enrollment verification.

Records Office Mission Statement

The mission of the Records Office is to serve students, staff, faculty and the community by providing excellent customer service in the following areas:

  • Processing and maintaining accurate, detailed and updated student records pertaining to credit courses
  • Processing of transcript requests and transcript evaluations
  • Providing academic enrollment verification information
  • Processing and confirming graduation applications

The office is proactively involved and remains innovative with workflow decisions to best serve all our customers.
