The Great Plains Theatre Conference is considered a noncredit lab through
Metropolitan Community College. Registration for the Conference automatically enrolls
you in a two-hour noncredit course.
I would like more information on a Special Topics in English credit course.

In consideration of acceptance of this application for registration for the 2008
Great Plains Theatre Conference, I hereby authorize the Conference and/or Metropolitan
Community College to use my image, likeness, name and biographical information in, but not
limited to, photographs, videos and audio recordings created or used for the purposes of
publicity/marketing and advertising for both the Conference and the College and my works
for educational/classroom purposes. Additionally, I hereby waive and release the Conference
and College from liability for any injury or damage to my person, property or professional
reputation incurred as a result of my participation in the Conference.
