Mark ScottMark Scott

After a ten-year hiatus from the stage, Mr. Scott returned three years ago to play the principle role of Eddie Carbone in Brigit Saint Brigit’s production of Arthur Miller’s A View from The Bridge. His past stage credits include The Rimers of Eldritch at the University of Colorado, Purgatory and A Way Out at Rutgers, and The Children¹s Hour and The Witlings at Mills College. As Horace, Mr. Scott is making his second outing for BSB. A writer, Mr. Scott is the author of two collections of poetry, Tactile Values (New Issues, 2000) and A Bedroom Occupation: Love Elegies (Lumen Books, 2007). He has taught writing in colleges and universities across the country, as well as at Shanghai University in the People¹s Republic of China. He moved to Omaha in 2005, and is currently Associate Professor of English at College of Saint Mary.
