Bonnie Gill

Bonnie Gill co-founder of the Grande Olde Players (1985) with Mark Manhart, handled the business aspects and quickly moved into performing and directing.  This past year she had the pleasure of co-directing To Kill A Mockingbird with her husband Mark Manhart and also just finished directing Life with Father, both successful runs at the Chanticleer in Council Bluffs.  In 2009, TAG awarded the Outstanding One-Act Play for Dressing Matilda, a script by Marilyn MacCrakin which Bonnie produced and directed after hearing it read at the Great Plains Theatre Conference.  She has worked with the Conference since its inception and looks forward to It each year. In 2008, Bonnie and Mark were awarded Outstanding Contribution to the Community for their 24 years of dedicated Service at The Grande Olde Players.  For the last decade, Bonnie has also enjoyed Jazz both on stage and off.
