D. Scott Glasser


Chair UNO Theatre : teaches directing, acting, film, voice and cultural theory;  directed over 140 plays, operas and musicals,as well as premiere productions of plays by Lee Blessing, Jon Klein, Martha Boesing, and Steven Dietz; assisted development of many works, including David Feldshuh’s Miss Ever’s Boys and Mary Nagle’s Waaxe’s Law for GPTC.; wrote translations and adaptations of The Miser, A Doll’s House, Much Ado About Nothing and The Birds: his Playboy of the Western World was invited to the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Regional Conference; 2010 student tour to international theatre festival at Siauliai University, Lithuania; helped create the theater program at Willamette University;  founding member of Dakota Theatre Caravan: a resident actor/director Actors Theatre in St. Paul; Twin Cities Liaison Actor’ Equity Association; produced and performed Edinburgh International Festival;  1993 to 2002 artistic director Madison Repertory Theatre.
