Amie James is a founding member of the BlueBarn´s Witching Hour ensemble. She has performed
and designed several shows with the BlueBarn Theatre and many other theatres in the community.
Her favorites among these shows include BlueBarn´s Witching Hour´s productions of Hysterical
Blindness, Grimm Reaping, Mad World and juliepsychosis; 16 Casters´ production of Mineola Twins;
FAUST´s production of Stop Kiss and the University of Nebraska–Omaha´s productions of A Streetcar
Named Desire and The Skin of Our Teeth. James´s life outside of theatre involves an avid interest in
music, shepherding children, bartending and the occasional sewing/design project.
