Amy Jirsa is back in Lincoln, Nebraska, after hunting down an acting career in Los Angeles and on
her native East Coast. She graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and has since been
in productions all over the country. Favorite roles include Lucy in Mr. Marmalade, Adriana in The
Comedy of Errors, Anne Page in The Merry Wives of Windsor, Sylvia in Sylvia, Sunny in The Last Night
of Ballyhoo, Benita in Unidentified Human Remains and the True Nature of Love, Madge in Picnic
and Thomasina in Arcadia. Jirsa is currently a member of Rough Magic Productions, The Flatwater
Shakespeare Company and the Crooked Codpiece Company.
