Brent Glenn now lives in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He is a professional actor, director and
designer who has worked for theatres from Alaska to New York and many places betwixt the two.
He has performed with the Horizon Theatre Company, Atlanta Shakespeare Tavern and Theatre
Emory (Atlanta); directed for the Center Theatre, Echota Performing Arts Festival (of which he
was a founding member and artistic director), The Village Gate (New York City), Alice´s Fourth
Floor (New York City), Playmakers of Baton Rouge, Spartanburg Repertory Company, Kokopelli
Theatre Company (Anchorage) and done design and/or technical work for Playwrights Horizons
(New York City), Out North (Anchorage), Scenic Central (Brooklyn), Alliance Theatre (Atlanta),
Swine Palace (Baton Rouge), Rosco Lighting and Georgia Pacific. Glenn has also taught at Louisiana
State University and the University of Alaska–Anchorage. At present, he is a professor of theatre at
Converse College in Spartanburg where he lives with his wife Megan McFarland, son Raven and their
dogs Mango the Terrible and Kolchak the Night Stalker. When not teaching, Glenn spends most of
his time producing plays about zombies, psychopaths and hunchbacks with his production company
