Cheryl L. Bowles is the office manager and administrative support person for the John Beasley
Theater & Workshop (JBT). Bowles also works in the theater both on stage and behind the scenes.
She performed in JBT´s productions of A Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry and The Boys
Next Door by Tom Griffin. She co-stage managed The Boys Next Door and stage managed JBT´s
Omaha premiere of Crowns by Regina Taylor. Bowles is also a JBT workshop instructor and student.
She attended Dana College where she participated in theatrical productions and classes and then
transferred to Peru State College where she earned her B.S. in Business Management and completed
several credit hours towards her minor in theater and drama study. While in college, she secured rolls
in the productions of Lady Precious Stream and Little Shop of Horrors.
