Dorrie Hauser trained with Sanford Meisner, Stella Adler, Lee Strasberg and Paul Mann. Her acting
credits include standards such as Nora in A Doll´s House, Billie Dawn in Born Yesterday, Charity in
Sweet Charity, Cherie in Bus Stop and Doris in The Owl and the Pussycat. She performed at Trinity
Square Repertory Company in Rhode Island and the Windmill Theater, the Scarbourough Theater
and the Neighborhood Playhouse Theater in New York. She also performed off-Broadway at the Gate
Theater and the Moscow Directors Theater. During her time in Omaha, she performed with the
Grande Olde Players Theatre as Bella in Lost in Yonkers, Elaine Novazzio in Last of the Red Hot Lovers
and Dolly in The Matchmaker.
