Elizabeth Earle had her first play, Blueness?Grayness, workshopped through the Edward Albee New Play Production Workshop at the
University of Houston. She has since had her play Cat, Mouse, Bird and Boy produced by Wordsmyth Theater after having been developed
in the Edward Albee New Playwrighting Workshop with Lanford Wilson. Earle was one of the founders of Wordsmyth Theater, an independent theater
in Houston, Texas, and currently serves on its board.
