Frank is the author of The Sweet By 'n' By which produced with Blythe Danner and Gwyneth Paltrow.
The play was later produced at regional theaters across the nation. His play Gunplay had several
scenes read on Capitol Hill prior to Congress's passage of the Brady Bill. Miracles has been produced
at major regional theaters, including Jack O´Brien´s Old Globe Theater in San Diego and in New York. His
musical play WMKS: Where Music Kills Sorrow has also been produced across the country, including
Missouri Repertory Theatre, the Barter Theater of Virginia, the Fulton Opera House, and American Stage
Festival. His play with music, Lover´s Leap was part of New York University´s HotInk Festival and
premiered at the Fulton Opera House. The Taste Test debuted at Virginia Stage Company after
development work at the Ashland New Play Festival and the Cherry Lane Theatre in New York City with Judith
Ivey. His play for young audiences, The Country of the Blind, will open in 2006 at the Coterie
Theatre in Kansas City.
