Jeffrey Bell is a recent graduate from the University of Nebraska–Omaha (UNO) in the Theatre
Department with a focus in acting. He has appeared in several productions for the UNO Theatre
Department. These include: Marc in Art by Yasmina Reza; Midshipman Harry Brewer, RN/Captain
Jimmy Campbell, RM in Our Country´s Good by Timberlake Wertenbaker; The Ghost in Hamlet
by William Shakespeare; The Wazir and others in Arabian Nights by Mary Zimmerman; and The
Recruiting Officer in Mother Courage and Her Children by Bertold Brecht. Most recently Bell
composed and arranged the music and conducted and performed in the band for D. Scott Glasser´s
adaptation of Aristophanes´ The Birds. He has also appeared as Kyle in the FAUST production
of Rebound and Gagged by Aaron Ginsberg, Westmoreland/Michael Williams in the Nebraska
Shakespeare Festival´s production of Henry V and in several commercials locally when scheduling
permits. Bell is also a musician/singer/songwriter who has written and recorded four albums and is
currently working on his fifth. He has toured the U.S. as a musician and band leader in support of
these recordings and plans to continue to do so.
