Jen Agnew is a graduate from the University of Nebraska–Omaha (UNO) where she received a
B.A. in Theatre and a B.S. in Speech Communications. She currently works as assistant director of
recruitment services at UNO. Agnew has worked with the Nebraska Shakespeare Festival (NSF) as the
marketing assistant and program editor and served as the Great Plains Theatre Conference coordinator
in 2007. She was named the 2005–2006 Outstanding Undergraduate in Theatre at UNO. As an
actress, Agnew was last seen as Rosaline in Love´s Labour´s Lost, Rachel in the BlueBarn´s Witching
Hour´s Short Fictions and Maledictions, an ensemble member in the BlueBarn´s Witching Hour´s
Hysterical Blindness, Bianca in NSF´s Shrew Tour and Miss Wilson in UNO´s production of Smash.
Agnew was a finalist in the Irene Ryan Competition at the 2006 American College Theatre Festival in
Fargo, N.D., and recently performed in her first short film in Omaha, Oscillations.
