Josh Buda made his acting debut in the second grade when he played the title role of Little Grunt in
Little Grunt and the Big Egg. In high school, he caught the eye of his theater director and as a result
was cast in a wide variety of productions that included Footloose: The Musical, Scapino! and William
Shakespeare´s A Midsummer Night´s Dream. His senior year, he landed the coveted role of Mortimer
Brewster in the classic comedy Arsenic and Old Lace, a role originally played by the late Cary Grant.
This past year at the University of Nebraska–Omaha, Buda has been working with theatre and also
schlepping a camera for sporting and various school events.
