Mark J. Schnitzler graduated from the University of Nebraska–Kearney with a B.S. in Education. He
is a director and actor on both the community theatre and high school level in Omaha. A theatre,
physics and philosophy teacher at Skutt Catholic High School for the past 14 years, he has directed
MacBeth, Rebecca, The Philadelphia Story, Pillow Talk, A Streetcar Named Desire, Fame, Rumors and
Noises Off!, to name a few. He has also appeared in the Grande Olde Players Theatre productions of
Barefoot in the Park, Wait Until Dark, Plaza Suite, Our Town, The Best Man and Come Blow Your
Horn and directed Any Number Can Die for them.
