Shannon Jackson is a senior in the University of Nebraska–Omaha Theatre Department where her
most recent role was Duckling Smith in Our Country´s Good. She was recently nominated for an
Omaha Entertainment Award and the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship for her role as Maria in Man of
La Mancha. She has designed costumes and props for FAUST, Brigit Saint Brigit Theatre Company
and the BlueBarn´s Witching Hour. This summer, Jackson will be building costumes, running quick
changes and playing Jacquenetta in Love´s Labour´s Lost for the Nebraska Shakespeare Festival. She
looks forward to sleeping one day.
