Tammy Meneghini is a proud member of the Actors´ Equity Association and is a professional
singer, teacher and voice and movement coach. She has taught acting, movement and voice at the
University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Creighton University, the University of the Arts (Philadelphia),
Northern Illinois University and Rutgers University. She also has taught at the Actor´s Movement
Studio (New York) and recently became a certified instructor of the Fitzmaurice Voicework. As an
actor she was nominated for a Chicago Joseph Jefferson Award as the Best Supporting Actress in
Chicago Dramatists´ The Prophet of Bishop Hill. She is an Angels Theatre Company member where
she enjoys creating new work. As a singer, she has worked on numerous musicals and has created
many original cabaret performances that have been produced in New York, Chicago and various
locations in the Midwest. Currently she teaches at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and coaches
acting and voice privately.
