Vincent Alston

Vincent Lee Alston Vincent has been acting for more than ten years. Ironically he ´cut his teeth´ in a dual role performance at the University of Louisville playing Obidiah in August Wilson´s The Home Coming and Cutler in Ma´ Rainey. He spent the summer of 2007 directing.

He has portrayed Malcolm X in Jeff Stetson´s The Meeting and had the opportunity to play Walter Lee Younger in A Raisin in the Sun at the John Beasley Theatre.

His is in post-production for a feature-length film entitled For Love of Amy that was shot in Omaha.

Vincent runs a small media company called VLA Productions, and he is presently workshopping a one man play called Five to Ten that deals with the issues of athletes and domestic violence. He is happily married for nearly ten years to the love of his life Pamela.
