Teamwork Makes the Dreams Work

At MCC, colleagues come together every day in service to students and communities. Teamwork is key to our success and has been for the past 40 years. Every generation of the MCC family has done its part to contribute to past milestones, present hallmarks and future opportunities. Through teamwork, MCC has earned its reputation for ensuring student success and learning. We know our students’ names, we know their goals and we help them get to where they want to go. At the same time, we understand the barriers students experience, and we work together to address them because we know education creates opportunities.

It is because of this knowledge and commitment that Teamwork Makes the Dreams Work was selected as the theme for this year’s faculty and staff giving campaign. Together, we help our students reach their goals.

The faculty and staff giving campaign, which takes place each fall, provides MCC employees the opportunity to direct their charitable gifts toward the MCC activities that matter most to them. In addition to supporting scholarships and program growth funds, this year’s giving opportunities include some of the projects in the College’s Master Plan. These building initiatives — which will soon be presented to the broader community through a comprehensive campaign known as Delivering the Promise — are designed to extend the scope of our services, expand learning spaces for students and bring the very best 21st century education to our service area.

Consider investing in one of the 150 funds that support students, programs, faculty and staff or help us build the transformational facilities addressed in the College’s Master Plan. With this wide range of giving opportunities, we hope you will find one that enables you to make the impact you want to make with your charitable contribution. Join us in this year’s faculty and staff giving campaign by giving the gift of education; every dollar makes a difference.
